50:50 chance...but i'd suggest you should go for it. Flip side is Express Entry is just a month away. if you send now and unfortunately if your application does not get counted in then it'll take ~2 months to get your package back. This might delay your express entry application.

As I predicted, NOC 2281 applications decline in numbers has been more progressive than other NOCs.

I would suggest applicants willing to apply under this NOC to stay positive and continue to file their applications until at least December end.

I need help please my work.experience is on incident management since 2011 and was a lead then. My scope had expanded where i am now managing the quality and process governance of our operations. Under my supervision are tech teams like server, messaging, ad, citrix. Though i am not inclined doing the technical portion of the operation, can i apply under this noc? i have completed my documents but unsure if i can align to 2281.one job title under this noc is supervisor, computer operations.

For info, i was a technical support before becoming the incident mngt lead handling different type of IT issues. Appreciate your advice

I have a query that I have two years experience in System support engineering with two employers each with one year experience and my points are 67 applying for 2281.

1. can I show only one year experience and declared both employers on background check ?
2. Is it possible CIC ask later about my 1st employer docs? or they will reject it straight?

Ps. I don't want to show my 1st employer and don't want to contact him.

If you have 67 points even without showing your previous company's experience,
then go ahead.

Fee payments are not encashed based on NOCs. Its best to follow fee payments on the basis of the dates and not the NOC itself.

Provide us with the complete list of your duties and responsibilities for all experience(s) that you would like to claim points for.

As long as you have enough points without counting that experience, you are fine.

BUT - you must account for all "duration" within the past 10 years. How you want to account for it, whether by revealing or concealing, is your choice. Make sure, nothing important and no period is left unaccounted and there are no contradictions in the information submitted in the forms.
