I don't think NOC 2281 CAP will fill by that time. again, I am NO EXPERT in predicting CAP estimates of a any NOC and NEITHER IS ANYBODY in these forums an expert at that. But I do agree with one of the members who suggested that since July 2014, the number of people applying for NOC 2281 will decline a bit. CIC website data of 242 CAPs filled for NOC 2281 seems to be until July. Consider that CIC received on average of 3 applications per dat since July 1 rill today,October 23 then even in that case the CAP is only filled till 242+600=842. I think considering the fact that CIC received 6 applications per day for NOC 2281 is too high of an expectation. Bottonline---You still have chance if you hurry! My personal opinion-NOC 2281 will still beopen till November end!!!Be positive man, stop stressing out with your own out-of-the-box assumptions! although his estimation seems so risky

Dear user99, I don;t think my estimation is risky. What I am trying to say is NOC 2281 is not a VERY HOT NOC, it isn't cold either but I am, very very positive it won't get filled up by atleast November 30,2014. CIC. Consider this, CIC CAP count for NOC 2281 is 242. Considering this count is valid as of August 26 considering the fact that this count is latest as of 2 months back. Now consider the CIC received 5 applications per day for this NOC since July 26 till today October 26,2014 then even in that case it is just 450 applications more. Now add it to 242 count of CIC website and you get 692. Still you have 318 NOC 2281 Applications to filll!!! Thats why I am saying that there NO NEED TO STRESS OUT A LOT guys!Just make sure your application reaches CIC within next 2 weeks and you will be more than safe!!user99 said:Thank you all
