NOC 2281 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

I am new here plz help me on below clarification

I have applied under 2281. Today only my application reached to the sydney NS via fedex.
1.What chanced I have to fall inside the Cap.
2. How long will it take to consider my application
3. I have sent bank draft how should I know they have cashed in

You have a decent chance of falling in the CAP. Good luck!
2. How long will it take to consider my application
Fee payment is encashed after a minimum average of 90 days. Keep a tab on the SS to monitor the progress of applicants prior to your date.
3. I have sent bank draft how should I know they have cashed in
Keep checking the status from your Bank. No one else can provide you with this information.

guys I need advice,

just got my app returned.. NOC 2281 -- 5th Sept
I tried to attach a copy of the rejection letter here .. but am unable to...
it basically says that I haven't provided sufficient evidence of more than one years work experience...

I had 1 yr 4 mths expereince in a back office, 2 yes 11 mths experience in banking, 2 yrs 8 months experience in IT previously
and am currently freelancing
I had showed copies of letters from my organizations for the previous jobs, but since the orgzn didn't provide me with a list of duties done, I took a letter from the ex- MD of the company and sent that along...
along with copies of payslips, appointment letters, relieving letters, etc

I can't figure out what else they wanted...what else should I add??

Should I resend my application or will it be too late now??

Or should I try sending under another NOC?

Fee payments are not encashed based on NOCs. Its best to follow fee payments on the basis of the dates and not the NOC itself.

Individual case and NOC both decide how soon your file be will processed.

Looking at the trend CIC are picking up random NOC's they do few applications and then they move on to another one. Because they have to give everyone equal chance 50 (NOC)x 500 (cap limit for each NOC) =25000, so if a particular NOC is exceeding 500 cap then it takes the cap from another NOC whose applicants were less going up to max 1000.

I hope i am able to explain.

Also individual case also matters because ... if i have multiple dependants and have 8-9 yrs of experience my case becomes more complex and time consuming compared to an individual who has no dependant and just couple of years of experience in a single firm.

did you provide self affadavits or affadavits from your colleagues confirming your employment ? or the explanation letter why are you not able to provide the reference letter and what are you attaching in lieu of that.

I received the application back.

Yes. I provided the letter from the company that listed my title and role, tenure, etc
but since they didn't want to give roles and responsibilities , I took letter from my ex-MD with the list of duties...
and gave a letter saying that company didn't want to give job desc, so taken from ex-MD

and other members of this forum checked the list of roles and said they were okay...

don't know exactly what went wrong

is that a problem? I think it is the normal transition for 2282 to work on 2281 after promotion.

As long as your job "Duties and Responsibilities" math the NOC's, and you have 1 year experience within 10 years, that is sufficient.
