As much as I would love that it is that .. for something to be considered Arrange Employment, LMIA is needed. I do not have an LMIA.
And they know my work permit has expired and I am on implied status at this point.

Hi guys, im the guy who sent the follow up wes eca report because i sent a photocopy. Anyway, my document should've reached CIO last wednesday, however, per DHL, due to adverse weather conditions they Still haven't delivered it yet. Do you think the weather affects the processing of our application? I am thinking that maybe some of the employees at CIO are having a hard time reporting for work because of the weather.

Happy to report that we got MR and RPRF this week on our 6/30 application. Things are moving slow, but they are moving :)

Many congratulations!

Do let us know your findings about the job market for NOC1123 once you land there.

Thanks in advance.

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Friends,
I just left VISA OFFICE São Paulo here in Brazil with my passport and Confirmation of Permanent Residence in hands. This is a very exciting day and a true dream come true to me. I've been dreaming about Canadian immigration for 6 years now.

Thank you all SO MUCH for all the support, questions answered and all the help.

I'm going to Canada next week to visit a few friends. I hope this information is useful to other people: I've recently gotten a MULTIPLE ENTRIES VISITOR visa for Canada, this visa was issued a couple of weeks ago. When my immigration visa got issued, THEY DID NOT CANCEL my visitor visa. This means I can still land in Canada next week as a visitor and I WON'T HAVE TO DO THE IMMIGRANT LANDING PROCEDURES. This information was provided to me by an officer at the VO here in Brazil. She said all I have to do is show my Visitor visa when entering Canada. In case the immigration officer sees my Immigration visa all I have to do is let him know I'm currently visiting the country and will do my landing afterwards. No worries about that. My this information be of use to everyone in the forum!

Here's my timeline:

NOC 1123
Application at CIO: August 27th 2014
CC Charged: November 21st 2014
PER: December 14th 2014
Medical Request: December 30th 2014
Medicals Done: January 15th 2015
RPRF and Passport Request: January 19th 2015
Visa Issued: January 27th 2015

Spreadsheet updated!

Total time of 5 months for the whole process.
Lightning fast!

I wish everyone absolutely all the best in their immigration process! Thank you for everything. I've got you all in my prayers.

Anyone from December charged so for??? :-X

Hi All,

My application was received on 1st Dec, 2014 for NOC 1123. I read on forum that there are applicants of Oct and Nov also waiting for their CC charged. Please update if there are cases of Oct or Nov getting their payments accepted. Any ideas why particularly this NOC is so slow?

Regards,

Has the cap for NOC 1123 under FSWP 2014 reached? I cant find the link on CIC.

Can someone update me.

Latest people that have been charged under this NOC applied by the end of October... so far things don't look so good for December applicants I'm afraid...

Regards,

The last updates from CIC's website showed that this NOC was CLOSE to being capped... somewhere around 800 applications received and approved. I'm a member of a group of brazilians who've applied for FSW2014 and there are about 6 people who applied late October and early November that still have to hear from CIC... :( gotta be patient!

No one knows...
This page used to display the applications number for each NOC:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

But as of January 1st CIC has put down this page and updated it with a nex Express Entry page. So the last time there was any info on NOCs I believe that 1123 was a little bit over 800 applications... As I mentioned above, apparently the last person who was charged under this NOC was a late October applicant. No news since then...

. Hello, there is nothing to be afraid of because there is still hope until apps are returned. Besides if NOC 1123 is already capped that means the news would have been all over. I'm Dec 23rd applicant, Just be positive.... :P
