The NOC statement isn't exclusive to agency employees at any time, as a matter of fact the words "corporations" and "associations" themselves are in the NOC description. Even "museums" are places which can employ this kind of professionals, according to the statement. I believe the veredict should be positive for Ratingcrady.

Do you know when this interview happened? And when this person's app reached CIO?

Thats good to know... but, if 10th,Nov of NOC 1123 got charged... What is holding CIC to charge applicants from 22nd,Oct onwards?

ITSNS - Worrying isnt going to make it happen. Only time will.... I know its easy to say because I'm tense about my situation too. But as I tell you, someone else will tell me to take a chill pill and all of us support each other in that manner. Relax! It will happen!! PR also stands for Perfectly Relaxed you know

I'm afraid I can't. The information is from a consultancy facebook group, and the consultant isn't allowed to give information about the client. It's important to remember that not everyone is in the global SS.

I understand your anxiety, but it seems to be a true information. I'm also desperate, once my application arrived there on Oct 21st!!! Nobody can understand the CIC order...

Well... Let's keep faith and hope.
