I am also NOC 1123 applicant. My application was received on 30th Dec'14. Hope i'll make it in the CAP.
Am safe?

I have checked the SS and it shows December 22 application returned from NOC 1123 due to incompleteness. Does this show that we can be in the cap?

As after 20 oct applicant none of us has been charged, while for other NOC's people even of 14 Nov have been charged.
Whats ur opinion?????

Hi guys,

Just to let you know that my app got returned today. The letter was done on 31-12-2104, so it took 2 weeks to get to me.

The reason they are stating is non matching job duties and not enough exoperience (1 year) in the NOC.

It is really strange and stupid in the same time as I have 11 years of marketing experience in a multinational company, but apparently the proofs I've sent were not good enough (contracts, pay stubs...).

I think that we have a new person dealing with our noc as I was charged in November when the Noc should have been checked. So someone else checked it and accepted it, but a new person who was suppose to count the points decided to refuse it.

Helena, this is freaking unbelievable. Do you have 11 straight years in a company on marketing activity and they still stated you don't have enough exp? I gotta say, I'm terribly scared on the evaluation regarding my letters. Lets wait and see.
