Yes, now it is becoming difficult to keep a track, since there is no activity happening at CIC related to charging CC/DD of 1123...

I know a Brazilian girl from Oct 20th who had her app returned, but NOT because of cap limit. I'm a Oct 21st applicant and still hadn't either package back or CC charged. I'll let you all know as soon as anything happen.
