I don't know, I think the 1123 was the one with more apps pending in those 996. But there are some other nocs stuck as well.

I know a Brazilian girl from Oct 20th who had her app returned, but NOT because of cap limit. I'm a Oct 21st applicant and still hadn't either package back or CC charged. I'll let you all know as soon as anything happen. Best of luck for us all.

My application reached CIO on oct 21st, no update yet as well. And I've seen apps from oct 20th being charged. Now you wonder my 'freaking outness' level :o :o :o Gonna update here and in the SS as soon as anything happens.
