Dear members

I have a question. I appeared for IELTS this month and collected original report. Now the problem is IDP has given only 1 copy. If I sent this original copy along with my othwr documents to CIC I don't have any proof of IELTS. idp will not isssue any duplicate report but they said they can send duplicate report directly to CIC.

So now while sending my documents to CIC shall I include photocopyof IIELTS report and mention that original report will be sent by idp or shall I Include my original copy?

Please advice

NOOOO. Send the original or else your file will be rejected. If for any reason you need another copy of IELST, you can ask idp to send it (for example) to your company (HR) and then you take it from them.

Good luck. Planning to send mine in a week's time. Let's update the SS so that we keep upto date with regards to our NOC

I wonder, would anyone know, if being single without family or friends in Canada would be a point marked against an applicant?

I totally agree about not expecting this occupation to be included. Was scrambling to get everything done. Will submit next week most likely.

Nice to meet all of you. I just submitted for this NOC yesterday.

If what I read is accurate the number of submissions are picking up now and we should numbers go up soon.

A lot of people were in the same boat as us and were unaware about the NOC opening up. They started making the plans only after everything opened up and therefore the delay.

I did my entire package myself - so quite honestly not at all sure if I did good or no. Let's see and hope for the best.

Cheers

All,

I guess we are a tad bit late but trying to get on this 1123 train.

MY fiancé is a senior Brand Manager in the Luxury Segment, I work in Banking and we live in Singapore.

We intend on applying for this visa and are in the process of getting the WES certification.
I read the procure outlined by WES for Mumbai University ( she has a BMM degree From Xaviers)

We are going to try getting the mark sheets attested and the stamped etc (anyone any advice here on the do do's?).

Any issued with the process from WES , they say 20 business days but i am weary.

Cap still says 23 so trust its not too late.

Any advice on the work experience letters? I understand we have someone here who is in Senior Management but is applying under this Cap, how did you go about the work experience letter, in my fiancé's case, she says she performed all those duties outlined in the NOC in beginning of her career but her role currently is more managerial.

We are gearing up for the IELTs, I have taken it before so not really worried there.

Appreciate any comments/advice.

any Indian expats here please inbox me, would love to have a chat about your experience with this application.

Cheers

Hello ,

No, you get points for adaptability but being single and not having family in Canada is not going to affect the outcome of your application if yiu have the basic elegibility, minimum requirements and you score 67 points or higher.

Any one on this forum received PER yet getting impatient as its almost 2 months since my package has been received by CIC.
Maverick wass up bro, how you doing.. nos of accepted application no gone to 23 are you in it bro? :D

Get the certificates and sealed TOR by the institution and send it to WES. It took only 5 days to get my ECA from WES.

I think a job description should be indicated on a reference letter aside from the COE.
