Hi!

I applied for noc 1123 ! My application reached on 4th July ! Looking at the figures, would say it would take another 2-3 months for us to find out if we are in!! Thank god very few people have applied so far!! I wasn't expecting this noc to open up this year!! Hence hadn't really done anything! Only after the announcement I started with everything including IeLts , wes, POF etc! After 2-3 months of back to back running finally submitted my application !!

Rest all in god's hands!! And of course cic representative who opens my application !

@ Mavercik, Collin Powell says and I quote "Perpetual optimism is a force multipler". My reason for considering Canada is based on career path. I just want to experience how things are done differently in other market particular the "developed" Hence my quest for knowing what chances are available in this field. I share your sentiment of each individual conducting their background check before making such huge decision but you will agree with me that success rates can also be a determining factor in decision making.

Nice! Zinger - If you work as hard in Canada, as deeply as you are (most likely) reading, success will be yours, cent per cent. I firmly believe anyone who has a worthy objective and works unflinchingly towards the fulfillment of that objective will in the end, achieve it. Few and far between are failures for those who have adopted this approach.

But we cannot judge others intentions, nor can we measure tenacity in purpose. If I consider that you are as dedicated as I am, or more dedicated, to this cause of finding a better future in Canada, we cannot, nein - WE WILL NOT Fail & where we have willed success, there can be no risk. Here is to seeing you in Canada, Mon Ami! Lets keep in touch with each other and share our success or not. Wish you all the best and I will pray for your application to be accepted. Please let me know the outcome. I tried earlier and unless you have the PR stamped and ready for a F2F interview, I am willing to wager that there will be no response unless you know some people in Canada.

But I will pray you get a response so I can start reaching out again, in hope!

I am an applicant to this profession as well documents all done and sent to CIC and DHL said delivered and signed on Thursday 10th of July but have not got any acknowledgement from CIC, has anyone else received any from CIC?

Nice one you guys and being pre planned but I would go one hurdle at a time. Mostly agency do not look at your application or CV's unless you have work permit or a PR.

Hi Farhan,

Ramadan Kareem! No acknowledgements for receipt at CIC. The first you hear from them will be your CC being charged or DD being cashed in. That triggers a mail and you get a "Your application has been received.... On xx-xx-xxxx" mail, either carrying the PER or NER. IF you get a PER, the file & documents sre transferred to the VO you mentioned on your Generic Application form.

I agree to your statement on the jobs front. But Zinger wants to try & if successful will let us know. It's a long wait to get a Yes/No from CIC. It's good to be actively engaged in Canada jobs market even as an observer. Build the bridges, so you can cross them when you come to them! Kiddin... of course you can do it later, I am just older & over-eager

Sad to see so little 1123 aspirants. I've even searched through the all forums hardly any 1123 dunno y tho. Scary either we have very few people in the sector or that people know it might b very difficult to crack this code assessment.
