What I guess... Overall Cap of 25500... seems to never reach till end of FSW'14, as such out of 50 there are more than 30 NOC's which are @slow moving/very slow filling rate.

Thus, assuming these parameters the files received in Nov'14-Dec'14 seems to be surely within the cap for NOC 1123, hope these files will be opening for completeness check somewhere in Jan'15 and will get CC/PER in Feb'15. Any comment on this please?

Agree with you that, people should send files right now to ensure file reaches with cap for this NOC.

Yes Mar - Apr PER seems about right. But given several NOC's closing, apps processing might speed up

my application was sent on 11th july it must not have been rejected na my noc is 1123 as no moment yet cc has not been charged nothin has happened since....... please any one can throw some light

its very difficult to answer your question. no one will know what has happened but would guess. all I could suggest it personally that you wait a few more days and enquire as to what has happened with CIC shoot a mail or call them asking them the details . as if rejected or send back of incomplete file or non chargeable cc you will get a mail from CIC . also would suggest to check the global sheet as study of application sent on the date u sent yours and how many have received per. you might get a better picture.

Hi,

In my opinion, even the files that would be submitted till the last day of FSW'14 (i.e. 31st, Dec'14), when gets opened for completeness check in Feb-Mar'15 will have fair chances of being within the cap for NOC 1123... Thus, suggesting you to speed up the process and submit your file ASAP...

As far the SS is concerned, not all aspirants register/maintain their entries... however, assuming 25-30% aspirants (of NOC 1123/Overall) do maintain their updates in SS... we can infer the same again... i.e. you have fair chances of being within the cap...

The real danger is that 1000 people are accepted in other NOC's (there are 50) so even 25 NOC's reaching 1000 will automatically cap 1123 at whatever level it was at, before the overall quota reached 25,500 or 25,000 whichever is the correct number.

If they reach 25xxx applications, they will stop accepting ANY applications altogether, whether your NOC reached 1000 or not.
Please do not delay sending your application in. If you have sent it already, just relax - it is out of your hands. We are all in the same situation.

Besides, other question is disturbing me - deadline of FSWP 2014 - 31/12/2014 or 25.000 applications?
What do you think about it?

Will the FSWP 2014 last till the reach of 25000 or it will ends in 2014?
