Hi guys, need you advice!

Will be applying for MY FSWP shortly.

I have experience of 1 year(11 months 10 days) under NOC 0113 and 20 months exp under NOC 1212

Now if i use NOC 0113 as my primary occupation in the economic class form, would i only get 9 points? or will my NOC 1212 be also considered and 11 points would be awarded to me?

Hi question about settlement funds ... (re-applying for the 2nd time, no news yet for the 1st application)

I'm planning to re-submit this week I have a company loan and bank loan deductible to my payroll every payday. So it is reflected in my payslip. I know It's better to get a certification from the bank or our company, no question about that.

But just the same, can I not declare the salary or personal loans? The amortization is reflected my payslip as deduction. I was planning to submit an Income Tax Return as one of the proofs of really being an employee of our company and also to support my work reference letter. Although my salary in the work reference letter is different from the tax returns due to salary increase. please advise. I really want to submit this week since it's already November. NOC 1111

Note that to use NOC 0113 as your primary occupation, you would have to wait until you have crossed the 12 month mark and your experience letter will have to reflect at least 1 year (hence waiting at least another 21 days). If you want to claim points from 1212, you would have to include supporting documents for this NOC as well (experience letter showing a detailed description of your duties that match closely with the duties noted in the NOC description, offer letter, leaving letter, etc). If sufficient documentation is included for both NOCs, then you will get the points for over 2 years.

Since you already meet the requirements and can apply under 1212, why don't you apply under that NOC? Once you get your PR, you will be under no obligation to work within that NOC and can instead continue working in 0113.

I hate to say but you may out this time bcz the last CC changed date is July 24 (Got from main thread). Prepare for 2015.

CIC requires only 1560 hours per year to qualify for one year minimum requirement. If you can get your experience certificate with number of hours per week mentioned, it would be also fine.

2. How to calculate number of years of education, 6 for school, 6 secondary, and 5 at college= 17 yr, is it ok?
3. What to mention in current occupation, Tax Consultant II? Is it ok?
4. What to write in Intended occupation?
5. Dependent's Personal Detail- should I add parents here? Or leave it blank?
6. Additional dependent & decleration of common law union forms, are they mandatory to fill?
7. IMM 5669( background form) question 6- mother's family name at birth? Do we need any proof for this?
8. Order of education- recent on top? Is it ok?
9. In education should I mention about school 10&12?
10. Personal information- extra sheet needs to be attached, what is to be written on form, and is there any format with you?
11. Membership or Association with organizations, what does it refer to?
12. For relative question in schedule 3 form, ques-10, should I tick on brother? As there is no option for cousin? What do you suggest?
14. Ques 11- how much to write in assets? And in settlement funds?
15. Ques 12- experience and NOC- i found out my retail experience NOC as "6211" but its not in open category, is it fine?
16. Additional family info form, do i need to fill this one?

I received my PER on 30 September under category 1112. My visa office is London.

If you are in a similar position then can you please let me know if you have received any requests from LVO?

Please forgive me ignorance but I also do not know what does file transfer mean and how I can confirm this with the LVO.

Any word will be appreciated.

NOC category: 1112

I have a doubt. My Online status isnt updated yet. Only the first line is updated. Did it happen for anyone else? How much time does it usually take to get updated?


Also, Seniors, can you please update my status in the spreadsheet.
