Pls don't spread the rumor ! Stopping the visa issuance till 2013 is a big issue which should be published in the form of notice by CIC in their websites !

One case can not be generalized and compared with others !

The news to HOLD/PAUSE issuing Visa till 2013 (from any Visa Office) is a "Breaking News".

The so called "Operational Requirements" should have been declared on CIC website with proper reference to Actual dates....not just "resume visa issuance in the Federal Skilled Worker category in 2013 "

This is either a prank or a miscommunication from the original poster.

No one is spreading any rumours here........I just read this post n got confused so just checking with others and getting their opinions .....!!! I am also waiting since 5 months...n this wait is getting really long now.....!

N what is more alarming is the fact that ppl hu have gotten their medicals done in march/april have still not gotten PPR requests!!!! Everyone is just getting the same reply from LVO that background checks are awaiting ......! God Knows what these background checks are n how long they will take ....A freind of my hubby hu got his medicals done a mnth after us..got PPR request just after Eid Holidays...his visa office is London also but he is settled in Australia! although still on Pakistani Passport.....! SO that is more depressing when u c others hu got medicals done after u ..getting PPr

My case is MI 1..and dint recieve this email ....but someone else in this forum someone name elda.......recieved this email......I just want to confirm that is this true ...if anyone else has recieved this reply too........... and does it apply to all visa offices n applicants who are waiting for PPs after their medicals....I am confuseddd!n sad!

Dear all,

I got the same response from VO for my enquire about my status, i submitted my PP a month before, can i be sure the issuance of visa on that time? even they didn't
update about my medical ,there is no medical line on my Ecas i did my medical before 2.5 months.

what does that mean ''oprational requirement '' if i have a problem on medical will they delay the process
by giving this type of reason? i know the answer is no but i am confused about this reply why they asked me
to submit my PP and gave this reason? pls any one who
can explain about this?
