No visa issuance in the Federal Skilled Worker category till 2013"

Dear Quorax

I just received an email from my visa office which says "due to operational requirements,

we will resume visa issuance in the Federal Skilled Worker category in 2013"

What do they mean by "Operational requirement"?

wait, I am confused. Do you mean that for all us that have already applied and are during let's say medicals, there is no way they will issue our visas till 2013? Or do you mean that they will not accept any new applications before 2013?

Can you please tell that your case belong to MI1 OR MI2,MI3 ?
And if possible can you share your time line and letter you received from LVO

My case is MI 1..and dint recieve this email ....but someone else in this forum someone name elda.......recieved this email......I just want to confirm that is this true ...if anyone else has recieved this reply too........... and does it apply to all visa offices n applicants who are waiting for PPs after their medicals....I am confuseddd!n sad!

the email was received by someone who lives in India and this email was come from Delhi Visa office not from LONDON Visa office. so its bit scary my be it can be happend in London visa office.

she is newbie and to which VO she belongs is not confirmed.i think she belongs to such VO whose visa capacity is low.

Pls don't spread the rumor ! Stopping the visa issuance till 2013 is a big issue which should be published in the form of notice by CIC in their websites !

One case can not be generalized and compared with others !
