No stamp on passport for length of stay

I came to Canada last week and immigration officer just put the stamp on my passport which has entry date only. I do have 2 years multiple TRV and I am wondering since i dont have any length of stay stamp on my pasport how long can i live in Canada.

Can i live 6 months or more?

What if a person stays more than six month?

If a person gets a job offer how will this affect the validity of the TVR? Can the person go to an Immigration office or border crossing to apply for landed PR?

If you have a job offer, first your employer should get an LMO (if applicable) and then once you a positive LMO you need to apply for work permit.
