I think you should email CPC and ask them what is causing the delay. IMO, Applying for GCMS notes is just a waste of time as they come after 30 days.
Good Luck!!!!

Thanks so much for your prompt reply. One more question if you don't mind; what does MP has to do with any individual PR file?

well. to be honest this whole immigration thing is very confusing . MP can just inquire about your current status thats it. nothing more than that. they cannot speed up the process and i am positive about that. some people might have different experince but the fact is they can just inquire and according to my lawyer asking MP for help might lead a red flag . as ive said before everyone has a different experinces which leads to confusion

Here it`s my case, it`s a different program, but our processing timeline is overdue.....

ainp nomination..........July 2012
AOR..........................Nov 2012(transfered to Bucharest)
Med form&med done.....Feb 2013
Med received...............Mar 2013
In process...................??????
RRPF...........................?????
PPR.............................??????

Since March 2013 our Ecas never changed into "in process" and processing time for PNP at this embassy is 16 months, which at this moment is exceeded. We contacted the MP and the answer was that we should still wait because this timeline doesn`t apply to every case.MP office said that will call again the embassy at the end of April and we should not try to contact the embassy so that we don`t bother them.
We asked GCMS notes in December that shown Medical:passed,Criminality:in process,Security and Eligibility:not started and also we sent 2,3 emails during the last 6 months which they replied with the standard answer.
We are thinking about getting a lawyer, but I hope this will not affect in a bad way the process.
But shouldn`t we have the right to know what is going on with our file after or at least find out a date for a final decision??????

Are you sure about this lawyer? I haven't heard of "visa notes" which are apparently superior to GCMS. The red flag comment is obviously stupid though. If you were trying to hide something you wouldn't be involving more people and getting a larger number of people to look at your file.
