Here it`s my case, it`s a different program, but our processing timeline is overdue.....

ainp nomination..........July 2012
AOR..........................Nov 2012(transfered to Bucharest)
Med form&med done.....Feb 2013
Med received...............Mar 2013
In process...................??????
RRPF...........................?????
PPR.............................??????

Since March 2013 our Ecas never changed into "in process" and processing time for PNP at this embassy is 16 months, which at this moment is exceeded. We contacted the MP and the answer was that we should still wait because this timeline doesn`t apply to every case.MP office said that will call again the embassy at the end of April and we should not try to contact the embassy so that we don`t bother them.
We asked GCMS notes in December that shown Medical:passed,Criminality:in process,Security and Eligibility:not started and also we sent 2,3 emails during the last 6 months which they replied with the standard answer.
We are thinking about getting a lawyer, but I hope this will not affect in a bad way the process.
But shouldn`t we have the right to know what is going on with our file after or at least find out a date for a final decision??????

Hire the lawyer right away
Bunch of idiots n fools are working in immigration
Process.if theres a timeline they should follow it
I feel sorry for us .. What piss me off is that
We cant excess any info.whenever i email them always get the same reply

Third set of notes in like 5 months but no
Progress .so still doing eligibility/ criminality
They probably stuck with your eligibility. I don't want to scare you but they might be stuck determining whether your NOC meets your duties. Hope that's not the case. Hope for best.
