No longer able to use ECAS?

Hello Guys,

I got my AOR CIO for the AINP - Family Stream (Spoonsorship) 13 days ago and my application was forwarded to a visa office outside of canada... I was also able to track the application using ECAS, however, since yesterday Im unable to do So.. using my data as always it says the error message:

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

...."

The usual message that you get when you enter your data wrong or does not exist...


This this normal? anyobody got this same issue?? is it possible that ive been deleted from the system / refused the application ?? im just worried because out of nothing I cannot track the application nor know anything about it :(

Anyone could give me a hand on this?

Hi luis4ever,

I just now checked mine and I am also not able to login to my ECAS. I don't think it's something wrong as I saw the same message from many others on this forum. I believe there is some maintenance going on this.

I can understand your situation. I was infact applied for my AINP on Aug 19, 2009 which is 12 days before to your's...LOL... ;D ;D ;D

So, let's hope everything goes fine with our applications.

hey guys I never had any issues to access in e-cas. I can always access on it till date..

HI, I have still got no access. We are hoping a visa officer is updating/looking at our file as we are past the medicals received status. Hopefully some good news soon ;)

Mine was not working too but it seems fine now

The usual message that you get when you enter your data wrong or does not exist...
