No-IM1 stamped on my passport

Hello All, May i seek your kind advice on what to do ahead: No IM-1 stamped. Indian Citizen working in the USA. I submitted 4 web forms since Match 16th and failed to receive a response. Should I go to Canada on a visitor visa and get this sorted out at one of the many IRCC offices? Your suggestion is invaluable.

Hello, Thank you! When a PR is approved, you ought to send passport for IRCC so that they could issue a permanent residency visa called IM1 along with COPR documents. Without the visa, there's no way for citizens of a few counties to have a soft/hard landing in Canada. Hence, i was wondering what to do in such circumstances.

Did you submit your passport via VAC, after receiving notice of approval, in order to have the PR counterfoil inserted in your passport?

Yes, it went to ottawa.

So you don't have your passport with you right now because it's in Ottawa? If so, how could you get a visitor visa to come to Canada?
Have you tried (god help me) calling the IRCC help line?

I got my passport back without a visa stamped. All I received was Confirmation of permanent residence COPR document.
