No AOR 12 months past is it normal..? & what can i do?

I submitted my application 5 feb, 2021 and still get nothing from any where . i dont think this is normal. i've tried calling but dont have application no.
what should i do?

request GCMS notes.

I would add - 12months with no correspondence sounds like lost or returned as incomplete (and you didn't receive ).

Be prepared to start over.

Thanks for suggestions , i have tried to called them, send them webforms bt no satisfying reply from them.

i will try GCMS notes but dont dont how to contact may local MP my application is from outland.

When you called, did they have any record of your application?

You look up the name of your mp based on location in Canada. You look up the office contact info. You call or write the office.

Google find my mp will likely work.

With details of the applicants they should be able to find the application number. If they cannot, it may have been either lost or returned.

call them and dial 232110 when the machine start telling you press 1 for…..it will transfer to agent right away.
