I am in similar situation. 10 months past no AOR received yet
Did you receive your AOR? I’m in the same situation; it’s been about a year, and I still haven't received mine either.
In my case, I contacted with local MP and then my representative lawyer suggested me to email immigration minister, deputy immigration minister. I did so then I got same reply from local MP as well as deputy immigration minister that there was no application on their system. Then I reapplied new application and got approved within 6 months.
There is no way it will take 10 months. It likely was returned to you and you didn't receive for some reason. Do call IRCC to check but almost certainly they will not have it in their system.
yes, We got Copr after 8 month after submitting new application.
I did called IRCC and sent multiple webform too they didn’t gave me clear information. Then My representative then says that maybe due to technical fault our application was not submitted properly. So once I got reply from deputy immigration minister office, I reapplied new application by my own.
But, we did receive an automated email from IRCC right after submitting the application, confirming that it was successfully submitted. in your case, did you also receive that email after submitting the application for the first time?
The email started with this:

You are not in a family sponsorship but rather a private sponsorship for refugees which has a much longer processing time. You need to be posting in the refugee section.
