not yours. At the top of the form,there's a portion to indicate whether
the information
filled is for the applicant or spouse, remember to tick that portion.

Thanks for the info,though its late now as I av sent d package,there are two forms;family sturf and background declaration,on backgrd declaration I ticked for spouse but on the other there is no space to tick for spouse but filled in her details like I did for mine which she signed.just hope I got all correctly to avoid being returned to me bcos of time limit

Much Mann you are correct. The inventory also includes FSW 13 applications since it says MI3+ but that's FSW 13 applications that they had received as at October 8 last year.

Phunrae, all pending inventory is eligible for the 1400 target for 2014 and thats including all pre Fsw13 applications. Also, I believe Accra must have settled some cases and issued Visas between October and December 2013 and Visas that were issued between that period would have been issued under their 2013 Operational Target and won't deplete the latest 1400 target for 2014. Obviously, they have also received additional FSW 13 cases since after October 13 so I think the total inventory as at today really won't be much different from what it was in October 13.

My concern now is how they calculate their operating year. Is it a straight January to December cycle or something else? I know I've read in one of the forums where someone said its a March to February cycle. I cant confirm this but if its March to February, it means all Visas issued up until February 2014 should fall under the 2013 Operational Target.

Just pray and be hopeful ur forms will be pre accessed and ur draft or card be debited and then file number sent to you as well as sending ur forms to ACO for further processing. what is ur NOC hope the cap is far from getting full
