So it means just one person from our seniors hasn't gotten a MR . Surely our time is here indeed, we shld all start preparing our minds to apply for GCMS note, that would give us an insight on what they think abt our applications and prepare accordingly. Do u guys think another window of applications would be opened this MAY, or they might just wait till they fully introduce the new system?

Yeah,ours is next and we have to be prayerful at this point.Incase we have anyone who has applied for GCMS,please let us know the outcome.It will give us an idea of what is happening.Actually,from my observation,it seems that there is no african visa office that has started giving out MR for 2013 applicants.I doubt if there will be another FSWP.

@phunrae, one can apply for gcms note on www.visafile.info without having to've someone in Canada but its cost differ, $25 only. 'thebaft' did apply earlier this year using same.

That is correct. There are other providers out there, but visafile.info seems to be the cheapest and they sent my gcms file to me within 30 days. However, the only downside (for us), is that they require payment through paypal.
