Hi Chosen,

which program of sinp do you plan to use? family or skilled worker with job offer? It will be nice if our landed forumites can advise on the possibility of any of the pnp programs.

Hi Seglad, thank you for your response. 2007 applications being processed???? I am under the impression that it is the new rules they are processing at the moment. Are there any body inthe forum who submitted application before february 2008 and is currently processing his own. I mailed Accra August last year they responded that my application is on the waiting and there is no schedule to process it. They also ask me to check the current schedule on the cic website which is about 86months. Is there away we can network with those 2007 guys so we know when they submit and how the processing goes for them.

Is like i dont get you well.Did you apply for provincial Nominee Program or federal skilled worker? FSW processing time for 2007 applicants is 86months but if it is PNP nominee/family sponsorship, then the processing takes 12 months depending on your response to CHC requests . Those guys i met were PNP Nominee applicants, some submitted in 2008 and some in 2009 and they have gotten their visas. IG has invited them to be part of this forum and promised to join us on the 26th feb. for the meetings

Seglad, mine is FSW and not PNP! If you meet the pnp guys can you please get them to advise us?

If I am correct, I think you get 14 points - 2 for listening and 4 for the other 3.

Peace!!!

The E-cas has been corrected now. Mine now shows "We received your application for permanent residence on May 14, 2010." and not we have received your medical results

Awoderu Sir,

Am sure you have sent your full documents just like I have done so. Did your ecase status showed "Received by visa office and pending review"?

Some VO put that additional comments........Please recheck if it is there.

As per the medical received error message, they have deleted the message from everybody.

Dear ALL,
Can u tell me the time change from ''Received by visa office" to "in process" for pre June26 applicants or to get medical from accra visa office?

thanks

Hi Supa,

Mine (SINP) is the family. You will need to have a family member that has been resident for at least a year in this case (and I guess in most).

I believe it's a lot easier and the visa office gives it prompt attention. Please investigate some more and revert.

Regards.

Oloye

Timing is peculiar to individual application however should all be ok with your submission, I reckon things can move as fast as two months from RBVO to medicals.

thanks
