True, time is becoming something else these days but we thank God for having something to do..I just moved into a house, the closing and moving are big time stories on their own...settling in and learning about the house is another. Naija houses na block, here na wood, person get to sabi use am to enjoy am safely. I am learning to also do things on my own, labour is expensive here..service call charges of a licensed plumber could be as high as $150 unlike Naija where we have all the artisans at our beck and call.
Will be visiting to read, learn and share...It is well..
Do not worry; it's easy to maintain houses if you are consistent...do not leave easy fixes till the stuff is broken; Do your regular maintenance and always seek advice when in doubt.
