@ favbless Quebec does not accept notarization of document but CETIFIED DOCUMENTS. Biolah

@ Biolah,Quebec has changed the rule for some countries including Nigeria,so now they accept notarized documents for naija applicants. However, I would advise that anyone applying should try as much as possible to do CERTIFY from the institutions that issued the relevant documents.

So @ favbless try to comply, I wish you good luck.

@ favbless, also note that the certification can only be done by the organisation that hold or issued the Original document. To avoid uneccessary delay and outright rejection of your application,please endeavour to do the certification. My one Cent. Biolah

I saw a really great deal with British Airways for next summer to Toronto.
