kindly read the instructions on how to complete the form properly. take your documents to a notary public to notarize. Authentication may be accepted but who knows if they decide to do otherwise. so it is better to follow the instructions to the letter. God bless you.

@favbless, also note that the certification can only be done by the organisation that hold or issued the Original document. To avoid uneccessary delay and outright rejection of your application,please endeavour to do the certification. My one Cent. Biolah

@favbless Quebec does not accept notarization of document but CETIFIED DOCUMENTS. Biolah
