Dear Anyiife,

Is good knowing that you have gathered your documents in preparedness for the Next Ministerial Instruction Pronouncement(ie MI-5)

Please be informed that whether your NOC IS CAPED OR NOT, YOU CANNOT SUBMIT FURTHER APPLICATION AT THIS TIME (NOW) AS THE MAXIMUM LIMIT (10,000 APPLICATIONS) HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY CENTRALIZED INTAKE OFFICE(CIO).

On the interim,kindly find the attached link useful as you preparehttp://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/july-1st-2012-mi5-cio-applicants-please-let-us-connect-here-t102998.0.html

Mostly this depends on the bank providing the data. While the rates provided at consumer points are higher. The ones in spot FOREX markets are lower and they are Real-time. GBAM. My GTBank is still tossing me around in PHC o. Any option to this since pa right refuse to share his number.

Hi spokes,i dont know how to put in the timelines but these are my timelines:
First application to CIO Dec 2 2009,applicatioon retruned due to wrong payment and resent in Feb 2010.Documents sent to Accra March 31 2010,
Full documentation to Accra sent August 2010.Ecas changed to 'Inprocess' September 2011
Additional documents requested November 2011 sent Dec 2011.
IELTS request March 2012,Sent April 2012.
Ecas updated to 'we started processinng on the 27th of april 2012.It was after the IELTS i realised that my score was 65 so fishing for 2 more points.I should have retaken the IELTS but too bad i have already sent it.pls i really need you advice on myaunts issue i mentioned earlier

How did you know you scored 65 points? if you are already in process, then AVO will evaluate you based on information already on file. If they require additional information, they will request. But i believe for you to be in-process, your initial review must have shown that you score atleast 67 until except a detailed review of your documents or backgroung checks proves otherwise.

@ Chinny, I will advice you not to lost hope, try as much as you can send all the documents that you said you have at hand, now.
and also as you are doing that dont forget to request for your CAIPS too, so that you can get it before end of the month or first week in June, This would throw more light on your score and who knows you might have been lucky to get 67 (22 in education)

Good Luck!

@Pa Awoderu,

Use the exchange rate from an index like Reuters or bloomberg to get a standard international cross rate. Different banks will give you different rates depending on their source of funds. As at 3minutes ago on Bloomberg USD:CAN$ = 1: 1.0037

No. Education (B. Pham) is 20 points. Even MBBS or MBCH is 20 points. How I'd wished he did OND.....would have been 2 seperate certificates and that could earn him/her 22 points.

Well, lets pray Accra accept the Master.
