Secondly, I was asked to pay the ROPR fee. Who should the bankdraft be addressed to

US DOLLARS OR CANADIAN DOLLARS

Hello mandie,I doint know what is happen to my file,medical done since -13-03-2012 and accra have just update me medical result received on my e-case today,when can I get PPR for God sake.

You should be receiving you PPR very soon average 6-10 weeks from medicals. So hang in there, u shall be anouncing your good news soon.

The only accept draft on Canadian dollars only if you made your draft on USD dollar they will reject and return it back. am talking with my own personal experience on that cos it has happened to me. and the draft should be address to The Receiver General for Canada

the cio and accra poepols when them is ask for POF.you is suppose show chop moneys wey is available now now.not pension moneys wey your wife is expect for 30 years time.or some time slef she no go see it.because all the pension fund civil servants abi na vigil servants fit don chop the pension moneys finishes overnight.

Hi Ministerial Instruction 1 refers to those who applied between Feb 2008 to June 2010 and MI 2 to those who applied July 2010 - June 2011 and MI 3 (you) refers to July 2011 - present. (the dates are tentative).
At present the focus is on MI 1s as you can see from the flurry of MRs being received. I have applied in May and still have not received MR and there are others in MI 2 in same situation. But my dear friend, it is only a matter of time when we receive the cherished MR. Patience is the key.

@ ALL, I am so sorry about my long silence, I was actually busy trying to tidy up things. I am still committed to this Naija forum, and I definitely would share with you every step of the way. May I also share this with you; For a family of 7, I paid N1,331,456 (Lufthansa), as against N2,438,676(same Lufthansa). In the letter you will receive from Accra VO when the PR visa is issued, you would be advised to contact IOM for your travel arrangements. Most of us do not take note of that paragraph, as we are quick to regard the letter as the usual generic thing, and of course would be more interested in the PR visa on our passports.
