Oh that! my occupation has reached its cap and whats more, i was only able to get a slot for june to write my IELTS ( I would be applying in july and optimistic that my noc will still be among the professions considered. ;D(I just work up from a heavy slumber after my visit to canada last month on a visting visa)Time to pursue the canadian dream...

Hi guys... just want to find out about the IELTS...is it possible to send the application without (fully booked) but do it afterwards? i have seen that some people habe sent their documents and later have been asked to present it. thanx to u all

You have to send all your docs at the same time with the application. Those are the new rules.
Any conversations you hear about sending documents later applies to people who sent in applications before June 26th 2010.
Compile your documents, take your IELTS (and make sure you score high as this will be the emphasis as from July this year) and pray that your NOC will still be in demand and then submit!

Remember to ask your bank for their sort-code, IBAN, swift code, intermediary bank and full address, and name and address of your local bank . You will need the information to be able to get your money into canada

You may have a point there 8)
I've always been of the view that 2nd AOR may not be necessary for the >26/02/10 applicants, cos of initial full submission of docs.
The ECAS notification of RBVO may prove sufficient for that purpose.
Each VO has its own "CEO" and thus communication styles are bound to be different :
