I submitted my original application to Sydney NS in April 2010, got a response from FSW in June and was advised that my file has been transfered to Accra effective June 15, 2010. I also got my file number. I eventually submitted my support document in August 2010 to Accra. Since then my status is 'Recieved by Visa office'

The processing time in CIC website for Accra shows 11 mths for application recieved btw Nov 2008 and Jun 2010. My question is - do my application qualify for June or August date.

Please consider the date your doc was received at Accra. For the 11 months thing. But As Barsindoo said. Patience is the matter.

egrace62 thanks for your response, I appreciate this but I am really not at peace with this though. How can I contact BIQ-Paris maybe I can send a cover letter to instruct them to charge any extra charge that might come with the conversion. I actually filled the credit card payment form and to the best of my knowledge all required documents are enclosed.

since u do not av dossier number yet it might be difficult for them to link any letter u will send to ur application package. so i will like to suggest u send them an e- mail, demanding y ur cc hasent been charged whilst explaining dat ur cc is in USD and not CAD. visit BIQ-Paris on www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/fr/biq/paris/coordonnees.html) for the querry mail and click on formulaire courriel
if u can write in french pls do.
