COMPENSATION
Salary: $33,100-$48,700 (based on experience and volume) + commission & bonus

QUALIFICATIONS
■ Post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience
■ Good interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
■ Proficient use of Excel and Word at an intermediate level
■ Knowledgeable with internet and email
■ Outgoing, energetic, upbeat and fun
■ Understand basic business finance
■ Strong leadership with “hands on” approach
■ Able to work extended hours and to travel on occasion
■ Exceptional customer service, organizational and time management skills
■ Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
■ Empathic communicator, team player, reliable, tolerant, and determined
