Please provide the government announcement where they have stated that ”all air travellers’ only means those landing in the 4 cities. Information is changing quickly and current guidelines will change once the “hotel quarantine” policy is implemented. We don’t yet know what the requirements. Hopefully fully guidelines will be posted by the end of the week.

Don’t see where it says that international students are exempt. Only see that students arriving via the land border are exempt.Looks like International students are exempt from mandatory hotel quarantine.They have modified the page on 2nd Feb.
