Hi,

I am new to this forum and I am not able to send any message to any member. Is there any restrictions on new members in regards to becoming eligible to send personal messages to senior members. Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks

You must have 10 posts before you are able to do that.

Thanks for the quick reply. Anther questions. Does replying to posts that I am interested in count as posts or is it that I have to post 10 topics to be eligible to pm seniors.

Yes, it counts, but...why not start by creating a thread with your questions, so that everyone (including senior members) can comment.

Sending a PM to a senior (or anyone) without first asking for help in the forum, is often seen as bad netiquette, and may go unanswered. ;)

LOL...never meant it that way. Apologies.

I would start posting my questions on the forum now. Was just not familiar with layout and workings of the forums. Thanks all for replying.
