Hey guys,
Has anyone had their picture refused?

I have received portal credentials on June 23rd and e-COPR on June 24th... Except they sent me someone else's COPR :( So I can't use it to update any of my documents, and other things linked to it have also been placed on hold. Emailing them back or raising a webform didn't bring any results so far.
Now I'm just waiting for a PR card, but there hasn't been an update and I'm worried that my picture is not up to their standards.

Hi, I got my CoPR on 8th June and linked my pr card application to my account. However, there is no news on it. Is there anybody on same boat?

@Zaluzhna don't worry. I am here with you... In your case you received some one else COPR, in my case, I got my own COPR with completely blank. So it is as good as we both are in same situation as we both can't use our COPR's :). My Spouse, and Kids photo got rejected in Portal saying it did not meet standards. I took those pictures from a Professional who 100 times told me it is the PR standard size photo but got those rejected and I resized it with Another Professional to see how the luck works this time. There is still no update for that.

I raised a case with IRCC to fix my COPR and a group of Technicians are researching for the past 10 days on how to correct my COPR's. So end of the story... please wait and they will get back to you. They are prioritizing applications for those who are exempt from travel restrictions and things are getting delayed due to Covid-19.

As far as I know, you would need your CoPR document in future, like renewing your PR status or apply for Citizenship; so I guess you need to get your CoPR document corrected. Others can comment on this topic and put in their thoughts about importance of CoPR document.

Oh I've been waiting... AOR is March 2020 and I'm CEC Inland. How long did it take between you submitting pictures and them rejecting those?

I have already “complained” on my application taking forever, but let me just say that I have been waiting for any update on PR card since copr was issued Feb 19th through portal. No updates on CIC account not on portal. Caled, raised web form, emailed landing office nothing. Even though on my COPR is statede that my office is Etobicoke I was told later that my application is in Sydney.
I have to go home sometime in August for 4 weeks. Unfortunately this can not wait.
Anyone has at ideas who should I reach to at least see what is happening with my application? Called IRCC they don't have updates.
I have started freaking out here , as many of usbI feel, so any info would help. Contacting MP? Anything?
IRCC needs to do serious reform to their systems of processing applications. They must work on their systems to make sure applications are processed in queue for fairness sake.
Everything they do right now is disorganized piece of garbage. They don’t care to know the mental health of people they deliberately delay processing of their applications. All they care is the money immigrants pay and that is why they continue to invite more people to apply even though they still have huge pile of applications still under process. Someone who received COPR in February is still waiting for just a card while another who received his COPR in June has got their card already. PR card is taking same timeline as the PR application itself ? What kind of system is that they have that cheats on applicants? Do they also do security and background checks before printing of cards?
Immigrants deserve better and fair services for the monies they pay for the processing of their applications.

Agreed! Imagine the frustration and helplessness of some candidates still awaiting a decision on CEC applications since Jan-Apr of freaking 2020, while candidates from AOR May 2021 are receiving COPRs.
In my case, they cleared eligibility in May 2020, but background check in May 2021. That's right, they took 1 full year just to initiate background check!
And now, I'm waiting for eCOPR after uploading everything on portal since May 26.
I won't be surprised if even 2 years from now, IRCC is using Covid-19 as an excuse for their backlogs.

Nice!!, I have seen people from VLU VO getting cards sooner after the COPR.
