Hi guys,

I received my ECOPR on June 19, 2021.
I just want to confirm, do i have to submit another application for the PR card? Or do i just wait for the card in mail. Anymore steps i need to take?

Just wait and watch. You ll receive your PR card by mail. It depends on visa office, how long they ll take to mail your card. Some people getting it in 15 days or some of them waiting from 2 months.

Credential email- June 17th

Same here. Tried to call CIC and was told to contact them again if I still don't hear anything by mid-July. I'm so tired of this waiting game

Waiting for ecopr since 21 May. Etobicoke.I really don’t understand why some of us has to face this delay whereas other get their ecopr in couple of days. What is unique in our applications ? What exactly is the reason behind this delay ? According to my understanding I think the concerned officer has not bothered to touch our file or its lying behind in the queue of 2021 applicants ahead of us.

Did you try sending email to IRCC portal email address explaining that you uploaded the picture and still nothing

Basically, I emailed them to solicit some response or action from them
Initially, I emailed them asking politely if there was a specific reason for the delay and if I could provide any additional information to expedite the application
Then, I followed up with screenshots of the portal account and asked them again why it's stuck at this "In review with IRCC" step and if I could provide anything else to speed things up
Finally, I followed up again directly with the address and photo (as an attachment) saying that I wasn't confident that the information was received by them on the portal and that I was providing it this way in email, just in case
They never replied to any of my emails but I got the e-COPR the next day after this last email
Perhaps this was all just coincidence, but this was my experience

I am also planning to send them email as I am in 14th month of AOR. Is there any way you can guide me in sending email to them please. I got my first email from VLU OSC.

Yes tried every possible effort like call, email, webform also sent all the information in email which I submitted in portal. Contacted my MP as well 10 days back. Their reply was “We verified the information you provided on behalf of the applicant. Please be advised that according to a note on file added by the responsible office on May 21, 2021, the requested information has been successfully received, rest assured that the responsible office will contact the applicant in due course.” When this due course will exactly come God knows.

I know I saw someone applied a week ago a get e-copr right away. Since we living in Toronto, I doubt it’s another VO than Etobicoke. When the agent told me each case is different, I literally want to scream “the only different is he applied under the new desperate stream you invented with the lowest CRS score possible”. This is really passing me off

@gsamuel I don't think pictures in the portal are showing as approved for the people who got PR cards. I heard from lots of people from this group that their picture is still in review even after receiving the cards. So, please don't rely on that.

Why don't you go to service Canada and apply it ASAP. IRCC will take ages.

Can we go in person to Canada service? I’m in Etobicoke.
On website it says we need to apply online for SIN!

I went to Service Canada in Richmond Hill Ontario and got it done in 15 mins. (SIN)

you went through appointment or without ...they asked for which documents along with eCoPR..? TIA
