I did reply on 28 and then again on 1 June I got credentials on 7june. I am not sure if it worked but you can give it a try because one month wait for credentials is abnormal as per the most posts here.

Did you try sending email to IRCC portal email address explaining that you uploaded the picture and still nothing

So, I should send email to portal one and cc Etobicoke and Ottawa. Should I say that I sent photos on June 7 and I am April 2020 whereas people of June 17 Submiison and April 2021 are getting ecopr and This is taking me into depression.
