Hii.. if you uploaded your address and photo on pr confirmation portal and got your eCOPR via portal, then you don't have to submit another application. They will approve your details and send PR card to the address which you submitted on portal.

Hey, I don't think you need to submit again. There is no problem with that option as well. I got a response in the email from IRCC after 5 business days that received the document and forwarding to the responsible office.
