Representative will never get the credentials. You need to reply to Ircc from your personal email and specify the email address with which you want to setup your portal account. Ircc will use the same email address and reply back with the credentialsHello All - In regard to first email, my company has received and forwarded to me. but my question is if i reply using my personal email to VO, Will they send the credential to the email replied to? or it will be sent to my company email again?(if someone had a representative similar to my case).
