Step 1: Go to the email that provided you the credentials and Download it Step 2: Reply to the second portal confirmation email by saying that you already provided the info and received your credentials and that they can check the email that you downloaded and attached to this reply Voila

You are not supposed to access it if you have not received your credentials yet.

Reply again to the email writing all of the correct info. That is what I did.

It is not a question of being right my friend. if you receive your copr you will get an email from the portal, as simple as that. Forget about your gc key account.

I don t think he is talking about the portal because I believe the portal has begun around december 2020 no?

It depends my friend sometimes they don t update the gc account ESPECIALLY when there is another platform and other account that takes the mantle. many people have received their card and still account shows submitted.

Can I ask why this is important? The way I see it, If you have copr, that s it, don t care about the gc account.
