Hello po,

I am the PA. Could I use my maiden name because that's what I currently have on my passport? Or, I really need to get my passport updated to my hubby's last name (will take months kasi July pa earliest appointment I could set with DFA). Thanks!

Hehe it's ok po. Yung marriage certificate at AOM, updated sa married name ko kasi yung passport ko hindi eh ang tagal magparenew, sayang yung 3 months na antay. Yung SSS,Pag-IBIG at Philhealth ko, updated din. Yun na kasi mga docs ko na send na nagrereflect na spouse ko si hubby. Ok lang po Kaya yun??

When ba mag-expire passport mo? Like what kimmwahli said, it is your choice if you still want to use your maiden name or not esp on your passport. Important thing is your status. I renewed my passport last year and I still used my maiden name and only updated my status to being married.

Be advised that the name that you should put on the forms should match on the name that you have on your passport.

Hi, may I know if it's the Schedule A document that you submitted via email sa MVO?

Additional docs lang, Baptismal, voter's id & Form 137 sa highschool.

@survivor27 What if hindi nailagay ung Middle Initial sa Form? Kasi wala naman space dun for MI.. omg baka magkaproblema nga :/ Kasi halos lahat ng passport andun ung Middle Name

my wife conformation doesn't fit in her purse and would have to be put in her carry on.. i was wondering. is the copr allowed to be folded ? it's the only way it would fit in her purse

We didnt received any other email regarding schedule A and PCC, but we sent it through IRCC webform. I'm just wondering if this means that our application is already here in manila? But there is no AOR2 or letter that they will transfer it on visa office.

May nakita din akong ganyan na same posts about email from CIC sis. You can call CIC and ask them to confirm the Visa Office it was transffered. But for sure na transferred na sa Manila ung app mo.

Or contact ManilaVO directly to confirm.

Hi bigfoot. Does it show on your wife's copr her place of birth? My husband's copr is left blank for place of birth but shows philippines as his country of birth and all other info are all correct though ???
