Below are the steps that helped me linked my app:

1. Logged in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2-a. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name.
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application. I am sponsoring my husband, no dependents.

Again, for 2-a, I selected Family Name, Given Name, Birthday (This is Principal Applicant's (PA) info).

On no. 6, I entered '4' because I have 2 dependents.

The pre-arrival svcs email is pretty normal as one's application is almost done. Don't rely much on ecas or MyCIC. Some never got their status changed until they got their passport back with visa.

Thanks! Maybe he'll receive more pre-arrival services email. The first notes I ordered showed that an interview is required as he's an active law enforcer that was why I was wondering why he was sent pre-arrival services email. I ordered notes again a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping his interview was waived. Let's see.

Hello po! bago lang po ako dito sa forum and need a little advice kung ano dapat gawin sa situation ko po.

Yesterday dumating yung PPR ng anak ko and CIC ask Her to send the passport within 30days. One of the requirements is to " Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 12 months from the date of this letter' kaso ung Passport nya mag eexpire na sa Jan. 10, 2018. My Daughter is Only 15 and renewing her passport is going to take awhile dahil wla kami sa Pilipinas. Should we go ahead kaya sa pagpapadala ng passport sa VFS or renew muna ng anak ko passport nya? Thank you

As far as i know po your daughters passport is okey to be submitted because from today April -January she still have 9months valid passport and as per renewal passport even inside or outside Philippines your only allowed to renew your passport if the validity is 6months or less to expiring po. Hope this one will help to your decision in submission of passport.

Mine is 7months valid when i had PPR here in Canada.

just today upon checking with VFS global my processed visa is for delivery back to Cebu. Hopefully we will get it soon, will be flying to Cebu on Thursday.

There u go. Andun na ung passport mo once u arrive on thursday 2pm to 3pm lang for releasing of passport. be there before 2pm kasi mg line up ka pa dun pero mbilis lng daw sabi ng hubby ko. congratz!!!
