Any sept applicants po na nag PPR na??

NagPPR na po sa husband ko. We tried submitting the requirements today but it was returned because all the photos had the data stamped at the back apparently dapat 1 photo has data and the other doesn't. Kasalanan naman namin because we figured ok na Basta may stamp na.

Thank you a lot maam/sir! downloading the forms para magka idea ng konti sa timeline.

yung lang naman ang concern ko kung pde pakasalan/sponsoran kahit walang work at kung nde ba considered common law yung situation namin na nasa manila ako while sya nasa province.

To make sure na hindi magiging null and void ang marriage nyo, make sure she gets a copy of her COM with annotation showing the annulment details. This will be a good proof that you can include to the application package once you file the sponsorship. Knowing CIC, who for sure, is also aware what kind of law we have, they "may" still have doubt even if you were to include the Notarized Finality of Annulment. Not trying to scare you both but I am just simply giving you an advice since you came here to seek for such.

Yes, you are NOT common-law. You need not have to be working if you want to sponsor your GF/wife later. But, make sure that everything you will include in the App package esp in support to your "wife's" papers will sure convince the visa officer. Before you submit the sponsorship package or as you start gathering all the required and necessary supporting documents, do it as if you (or your "wife") are in front of an immig officer. This is actually what I did :-) It took me quite a few months to complete everything. When I sent the package to my hubby, my level of confidence was about 99% :-) Yep, there's still 1% remaining left off because you can never tell whether the officer who will be reviewing the application is really down to earth or a bookish one :)

Good luck and feel free to ask more. Marami naman dito ang tutulong sayo.

Hello to all,

I have issues with my application, i already submitted the documents they wanted me to complete and i sent it using email to their email address: MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca , however i received another letter last february 14, 2017 indicating that i haven't completed the remaining documents they ask. I'm already confuse because the letter said that we do not meet the requirements for immigration to canada. I stayed already in canada 2 times for almost 3 years. When i came back to manila i start processing in order for me to have my permanent residency application started. But like what i said we do not meet the requirement , what next should i take , i found some sites that we must go through appeal division .

Hi po pwede ko malaman anong timeline nyo po??

Bananna, not sure if noong initial app, 2 photos ba dapat ang stamped? Kapag ba PPR, 1 lang dapat? Nice to know. Thank you.

Hi prvc, during their time (Spet 2016 sila) 1 photo lang dapat ang stamped. Not sure lang bakit nanghihingi pa din pag PPR na. Kami kasi, sinama ko na yung photos required nila kasi nakalagay naman sa checklist.
