To make sure na hindi magiging null and void ang marriage nyo, make sure she gets a copy of her COM with annotation showing the annulment details. This will be a good proof that you can include to the application package once you file the sponsorship. Knowing CIC, who for sure, is also aware what kind of law we have, they "may" still have doubt even if you were to include the Notarized Finality of Annulment. Not trying to scare you both but I am just simply giving you an advice since you came here to seek for such.
Yes, you are NOT common-law. You need not have to be working if you want to sponsor your GF/wife later.
But, make sure that everything you will include in the App package esp in support to your "wife's" papers will sure convince the visa officer. Before you submit the sponsorship package or as you start gathering all the required and necessary supporting documents, do it as if you (or your "wife") are in front of an immig officer. This is actually what I did
It took me quite a few months to complete everything. When I sent the package to my hubby, my level of confidence was about 99%
Yep, there's still 1% remaining left off because you can never tell whether the officer who will be reviewing the application is really down to earth or a bookish one
Good luck and feel free to ask more. Marami naman dito ang tutulong sayo.
