Hi po. I have a problem regarding our application. Kakareceive ko lang ng email from manila office requesting for an explanation why we were solemnized under artcle 34 but we havent replied yet.. We are still contemplating on how to do it. Truth was we considered it only because pitifully wala po kaming time to get the license due to distance issues my husband was in Canada at that momennt and im in Phils so he let me do all preparations for our marriage and it was suggested to us by his family to do this process (kasi they also did it with his sister prior and her husband is already there in Canada). So basically we just followed them with the same process to avoid seminars and all (yes we know we shouldnt have done it but we insisted because of our own greed... And im really regretting it now)

we are in a 7yr relationship and now we got married last Apr 2016 and we dont have kids yet, and submitted our application in canada on Aug 2016. Problem is, we were'nt really living in together prior to marriage. Yes it was a long term relationship but we had not lived in together, sleep overs for a couple of months yes and we did stayed in our apartment for about a year or so when we were working in Manila, however in our marriage certificate which is obviously included in our submitted forms, indicated that we were wedded under article 34.. And the bigger problem is, under the Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire page 6 of 6 #27, we answered No, we did not live together due to our family did not approve loving together before marriage.. Our answers became contrasting with each other... We just dont know how to fix these things... Can someone please give us some light into this? Or maybe ideas on how to resolve this issue? It's really heartbreaking for me to be thinking negatively because ive been reading other forums/comments regarding the same prob..

Ask ka ng legal advice sa immigration lawyer. Pede sguro mgpakasal na kau, but best to check with lawyer, it may cost much but at least you know what to do. God bless.

I guess so, if they will base at the time you file your app. No need then.
We paid that RPRF upfront since suggested by everyone here before and I think don't need to send sponsor BC cause stated PSA since my sponsor Canadian , Ung passport copy lng sinubmit nmin.

Good luck to us!

Oh, if the sponsor is PR or Canadian Citizen no need to Birth Certificate? or only if PR then need to send BC?

Hello po. Magsusubmit pa lang ako ng app, need na ba namin mag-upfront payment for RPRF? Thanks.

It is better upfront para hindi na din i-request later.

May I answer your question? I would suggest YES. Pay RPRF upfront since they are going to ask it when your application reached your Visa Office. But still I don't think this won't hurt your application, they will ask for it anyway. That's what am doing right now, will send the copy of RPRF receipt as additional document. Good luck!:)
