So technically, halos kaunti lang ang "proof of relationship" namin kasi nga hindi naman kami nagkasama ng matagal.

I just sent them email for additional proof of relationship (although they didn't ask for this ) together with my new NBI clearance.

Same here "no record on file" ;D I just sent them email today. Plus additional relationship proof ;D khit wala nman ni required. Then when I check mycic shows I submitted documents and I received an auto confirmation receipt via email.

HI! Di ko talaga nabasa na buong story mo pero kami kasi ng husband ko, 2yrs lang bfgf, never lived in together. I moved here in Canada, umuwi ako for 3wks just to get married. when asked about that, ang sagot ko dun is yung 3wks time na nasa Phils ako. We don't seem to have problems with that. If they're questioning it now, I suggest just try to find an explanation regarding your answer as opposed to changing your answer. Kasi pag binago mo sagot mo dun sa form mo, mas malaki problema. So ayun, explain ng maayos kung bakit. Kung ako siguro, di ko na sabihin kung bat di kayo live in nung bfgf kasi it doesn;t matter. what matters is yung from kinasal kayo.

So sorry to hear about their story. But at least they are still being positive despite of what happened and know that the fault is on their side talaga. Nweis, the right time will come and they will soon be together pa din as a family.

Their case is different...and very difficult. They got married under article 34 but they answered on the form that they never lived together. The VO is now asking for an explanation why were they solemnized under said article.

Now that I read the Article 34, they should've live in together for at least 5yrs.. Mahirap nga..

ilang yrs na lang matatapos na ang 10yr ban na yun kaya sana magkasama na din sila.napakabait kasi nya .siya pa mismo nagsabi sa akin na kapag kulang sa time never makikinig pag may nagsuggest ng article 34 n yan..

I will send mine on Monday, no need for NBI na din ako, send ko lang receipt ng RPRF ko at birth certificate ng sponsor. They ask for it and I think, we never send any of my sponsor. Good luck to us and God bless us all...

I guess so, if they will base at the time you file your app. No need then.
We paid that RPRF upfront since suggested by everyone here before and I think don't need to send sponsor BC cause stated PSA since my sponsor Canadian , Ung passport copy lng sinubmit nmin.
