Hi. As per my sister's experience and other friends, they dont submit their BCs. No problem at all. Got an AOR2 last August 2, 2016. Same email as yours. We didnt bother about the BC. I'm the sponsor anyway. And as per legal advice of my friend's agent, it is not necessary.

Omg I just read this. This makes me really happy then. But are you also a PR?

Aw thank you Survivor, maasahan ka talaga :) so no appointments just go there and done. I'm glad. Thank you so much, so I could go there whenever time right?

Yes, just make sure lang to bring with you the certificate you got from them.

Marriage of Canadians in Singapore

The Registry of Marriages (ROM) in Singapore registers and solemnises civil marriages under the Women's Charter. Canadians who intend to marry in Singapore are required to file an application for the Notice of Marriage at least 21 days and up three months before the date of solemnisation. One of the parties must have been staying in Singapore continuously for at least 15 days before he/she can file an application for the Notice of Marriage.

Hi everyone,

I noticed that processing on the Canadian end of things seems to have sped up quite a bit lately. What is the average wait time once the file has been transferred to Manila? I know the Canadian government wants to speed up the visa process so I hope that happens in overseas visa offices as well. I'm sorry but I don't speak Tagalog so I can't understand most of the information discussed here. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

My question bit out of topic, but I just like to asked for suggestion. Coz my Canadian husband will visit me this dec and will stay here for a month and half po. Need opinion regarding how to extend his stay here. Coz his allowed only for 30 days. Does anyone experience getting extended stay for their spouses? I'm not sure if right office to go to get visa is in intramuros or makati?

Thanks po

Apply at least a week before the 30-day admission expires at main BI office or other BI offices. Makati and SM North Satellite office is fine.

Here's what to do: < http://www.immigration.gov.ph/visa-requirements/non-immigrant-visa/temporary-visitor-visa/visa-waiver > You may also download and print the checklist and form needed.
