wala pong nagpapakasal sa canadian embassy.canadian citizen na po ako noong pinakasalan ko hibby ko sa civil ceremony .nagpunta kami sa emabassy sa makati at kumuha ng legal capacity to marry na form ata un then nagbayad ng 2000pesos at that time..

If you already had your GCP before, just go there for the sticker. Make sure you bring the certificate given to you when you attended the GCP, your passport and COPR. Sino yung Counselor mo nung nag GCP ka? Also, don't do anything on the COPR. Bring it the way you got it from CEM.

Hi, thanks for answering and I wish you luck. Did you apply outland? Do you have any red flags? We are planning outland in November. We are both living in the Philippines for more than one year.but my sponsor is a canadian citizen. We have some red flags and we worry that common law is not common in the Philippines. So hard to find examples of others who have applied common law, especially outland.

Our red flags are age gap and that we are living alone here with no friends and far from family so almost all our pics are just the two of us.
But we have letters from family and friends who all support our relationship and also love letters we wrote and how we are compatible.

I have a theory about reviewing our files. We may be in the same batch but the Officer has sorted it out per medical expiration. Engineered by God had his/her medical on Feb., Suzy on Mar, Stephen on April and my wifey had on March too. Therefore, Engineered by God on the top list then so and so. This theory happens to the other applicants who have got urgent PPR although their application is filed later/earlier. Conclusion, Medical expiration matters.

mine was jan 1 2017 meds expired.

Hi, in my case is not really an issue, we provided less photos too but we had proper engagement witness by my parent and my brothers. For me as long as you proof that your relationship is genuine your good to go.

is DM on ecas before Ppr is a 50/50 chance of approval? ecas change inprocess to desicion made around sep 28 to 29,2016.. patulong naman sa may mga alam.tnx
