December 2015 applicant here. My husband and I requested GCMS notes last month, we got it last June 16. Everything seemed okay naman, just that my criminality and security check hasn't been started yet. My concern is, towards the end meron doong note on May 19 saying that an AOR has been sent to me with a request for an updated Schedule A form. I did not receive any AOR po, not in my email or mailing address. What should I do here? I have emailed CEM already but just got automated responses. Can I just email them the requested additional form or do I still need to have that AOR before I can do so? Meron po ba sa inyo naka experience nito? I hope you can share with me what you did so I can do the same.

I cant give advice much since i dont know your timeline,,, but in my personal view you can't send them email for ur schedule A form if you do not have a UCI# or Application# which is only given to you after you received an AOR email.
If you happen to have any of these just fill out the form schedule A and scan it then send it to them,,, dont forget to ask for acknowledging receipt and use subject title as "Schedule A:Additional Documents" you can also send it via courier,, they both have the soft and hard copy...

That is what I did. I scanned all the forms here and send those to him (sponsor) via email. So far wala naman sila hinihingi sakin na need original forms..App filed - April 19, AOR1 - May 7, SA approved already, App transferred to MVO - May 30, AOR2 - June 2..Make sure original yung BC, MC, AOM, NBI mo

If I'm not mistaken, all the forms must be ORIGINAL. Nakaindicate po un sa checklist. Kasi kung scanned po, it may look like photocopy. Wala pa po siguro hinihingi na original since sponsor side was approved already. Just saying. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Kindly check your email address again baka meron sila email hnd mo lng napansin or check the stat of your Ecas kung ano update don.

Yes, all forms must be original. However, if you know how to use the PDF you can find ways, but then better to send all original docs to the sponsor. Mabilis lng naman dumating mga 2 to 3 days

We have been waiting for Passport request pero inabot na kami ng expiration ng medical ng 2 of the dependents
which was June 16, 2016. kaya I am expecting na remedical ang ma received naming instead. pero ang na received naming
ay etong auto-generated email na merong nakalagay na file number at UCI number ng mother ko which is the principal. ako po yung
sponsor. Hoping I can decipher kung anong nangyayari. there's nothing attached to that email though.
