Wow! this is good news, hopefully sunod sunod n lahat. Even though I'm a little bit worried kasi all Dec 2015 applicants have gotten their aor2 na except for just 3 of us. Pero positive vibes pa rin, I've asked my husband to request GCMS notes para malaman naming whats going on with our file.

As far as I know through email. Unless you didn't provide an email address for them to contact you on the form.

- For the doctor's office, depends on where your husband will go so call them ahead of time. (For mine, I just had to bring my passport and I filled up a form when I got to the doctor's office). I had my medical exam 10 days before we submitted our application because I wanted to avoid the re-medical request. And yes, you have to include it in your package. Also, you said "first" package, just a reminder that you only submit the application once all together with the sponsorship and PR application in one package to Mississauga.

- You don't need IMM1283. That form is only if you have a dependent child http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fineval.asp What you need is IMM1344 and IMM5481E from here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp I had to look at my forms again to remember what I put: http://i.imgur.com/3iWK8vC.jpg
** AGAIN THIS IS IF YOU DON'T HAVE DEPENDENTS/CHILDREN/ETC.

- and yes, you can remove that part for the dependents in the Generic Application form

I asked my friend who's doing her husband's sponsorship too and she told me if we do not have any conjugal property or joint account or anything that we have shared under our names, we have to request an Affidavit from the lawyer witnessed by two people that will prove that our relationship is true.

We don't have anything that we share because we are just boyfriend and girlfriends back then and it never crossed our minds to have those ones.

Our file arrived Feb2 to MVO, we ordered notes April, and they were generated April 8th. In those 2 months and 6 days, everything showed as 'Not Started' and there was nothing to see, unfortunately. We're going to wait until the online account (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1222&top=3) is live on May 26th, to see how detailed it is; then decide whether or not to order notes again.
